Stress Management Assessment & Readiness Test

SECTION 3: Assertion and Time Management

This section of the test is designed to help you determine your skills in expressing your desires and thoughts to others. A significant part of the stress in our lives can come from the inability to assertively express our desires to others. Thus, learning to assert yourself can be very helpful in managing stress. This section also deals with your ability to manage your time. Effective time management includes setting priorities and limits. When we are able to manage our time, we are more productive and less stressed. This gives us the confidence that everything we have to do will get done-without our constantly worrying about them.
