Stress Management Assessment & Readiness Test

SECTION 4: Stress-Busting Behaviors

This section will help you assess whether you find time to exercise and relax, and if you make time for these activities on a daily basis. Relaxation comes in many forms, including the more traditional methods, such as deep-breathing exercises, imagery, and meditation. Relaxation also includes the things we do to feel calm, including listening to music, reading, talking on the phone, and vacationing. Exercise is one of the best ways to manage the physical and mental effects of stress. This section also addresses whether or not you follow a healthful eating plan.
