Stress Management Assessment & Readiness Test

You are more likely to succeed in a stress management program when your readiness is high. For this reason, assessing your level of readiness is important. The SMART was developed to help you assess your current stress management abilities and your readiness to begin a program. This assessment tool is in the early stages of development and is being revised based upon feedback and continuing research. Therefore, it should not be used as the only measure to assess your stress management skills or whether you are ready to begin a program. The SMART does not yield a single score. Instead, the scores from each section will help you assess your abilities and readiness in six areas.
