“Several weeks ago I purchased The LEARN Program for Weight Management. It may have been the best decision of my life. For many years I have battled a weight problem, have enrolled in nearly every commercial or medical program I could find, and have read or purchased dozens of books on weight loss, nutrition, and fitness. None of them come close to the value and usability of LEARN. I have been so impressed with the program that I have recommended it to everyone I know who has a weight problem.

I have found the program materials to be so useful that I keep rereading certain sections. Yes, I knew most of the information; however, I never had the advantage of it having been integrated into one comprehensive program that I could actually apply to my own life.
